YOUR MAIN TASKS:
- Organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
- Dokumentenmanagement und Stammdatenpflege
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Bau- und Projektleitern
- Koordination, Verfolgung und Umsetzung der Projektaufgaben
YOUR PROFILE:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA)
- 5-10 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Administrations- bzw. Sekretariatsbereich
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Teamplayer mit Organisationsstärke
